Parts Delivery
Capstone can deliver most auto body parts on the same day when ordered before 1:00PM.
Next day service is usually available if your part is not in stock at the time of your order.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All parts are replacement parts for original equipment items. All parts were manufactured by independently owned factories other than original equipment manufacturer.
All parts are checked at warehouse prior to delivery. The customer must inspect all parts prior to signing invoice. Upon signing invoice, the customer acknowledges that parts were received in good condition.
A finance charge of 1.50% per month will be applied to all past due accounts; a service charge of $35 will be added for each returned check.
Return Policy:
Authorized returns must be undamaged and in original packing within 15 days of purchase date.
All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipts.
Parts with removed or damaged company sticker will not be accepted.
Original and Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
Capstone will cover product failure due to manufacturer defective materials, and we will replace your defective item or refund your purchase price as long as the vehicle is owned by the current owner.
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
